- The Wand/ STA :
Whether it be a block, or infiltration, or single tooth anaesthesia (very NEW!), this little computer-assisted dental freezing device will amaze you. No more giant needles in your face! You won’t believe it, or even feel it! Our paediatric patients laugh at it and we have such a good time doing a filling! For all you needle-phobics , just come and try it… - Tooth-coloured, hi-strength white fillings :
Our composite resin fillings are guaranteed to be almost invisible, and last a long, long, hopelessly long time. So natural looking, you’ll forget you even have a filling. - Intraoral camera:
Not a very new invention, but I bet that many of you have not had an opportunity to look at your dental nooks and cranies in a long time. Seeing is believing. Book for your complete oral exam and you will be shown the good, the bad and the ugly. - Digital X-rays, Panorex, Cephalograms:
Using minimal radiation, these images are an important diagnostic tool to identify dental caries, impacted wisdom teeth, and disease in the jaws and soft tissue. - “Periowave ™” Light Therapy:
Very new gum treatment using blue light to selectively destroy harmful gum disease-causing bacteria in periodontal pockets. Allows healing and re-attachment of healthy gum tissue to teeth. We have seen some amazing results in this treatment. Ask our dental hygienists for more details! - Oraqix anaesthetic gel (for deep cleaning):
If you have very sensitive teeth, or have deep periodontal pockets and have a hard time tolerating scaling procedures, we now have a very effective topical anaesthetic gel that will comfortable freeze just your gums, and not your lips, and entire face. It works within 2 minutes and you’ll be so happy we used it. The small cost of this anaesthetic gel application is covered by most dental insurance. - Soft Tissue Laser for Gum contouring:
